About the Role
A growing industrial manufacturer supporting data center infrastructure projects is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee large, engineered-to-order equipment programs. This role will coordinate engineering, supply chain, and customer stakeholders to drive projects from initial opportunity through final delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership within industrial manufacturing—preferably involving heat exchange systems or thermal equipment used in data center construction.
What You’ll Do

Program Leadership: Manage complex programs supporting data center construction, ensuring alignment across engineering, production, supply chain, and customer teams.

Project Planning: Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to drive on-time delivery of engineered equipment.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of communication between internal teams and customers throughout the lifecycle of the program.

Schedule & Milestone Tracking: Monitor progress against deliverables and provide routine program updates to internal leadership.

Supply Chain Alignment: Work closely with procurement teams to identify long-lead materials and maintain production timelines.

Financial Oversight: Track project budgets, monitor cost performance, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy.

Risk Management: Identify project risks, resolve challenges proactively, and maintain clear communication on project status.

Execution & Delivery: Lead teams to ensure equipment programs are completed on schedule while maintaining quality and performance expectations.
What They’re Looking For

Program / Project Management Experience: 5–8 years managing complex projects in a manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineered-to-order environment.

Data Center Project Exposure: Experience supporting projects tied to data center infrastructure, cooling systems, or large thermal equipment is highly valued.

Technical Environment: Comfortable working with engineering teams and technical documentation related to industrial equipment.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain alignment across departments.

Project Tools: Experience with scheduling and project tracking software (Microsoft Project or similar preferred).

Organization & Communication: Strong ability to manage multiple programs, communicate progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
Education & Background

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or Business (or equivalent experience).

Certifications: PMP or other project management certifications are beneficial but not required.
