Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead cross functional initiatives from early project identification through successful execution. This role is responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing project timelines, overseeing budgets, and ensuring delivery meets quality and performance expectations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across all levels, and brings strong project management discipline.

Responsibilities & Duties

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute structured project plans to ensure successful completion of assigned programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational activities, including Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams; maintain consistent communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Manage project schedules, monitor milestones, and deliver weekly program review updates.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to identify long lead materials and ensure timely procurement in support of project timelines.
  • Oversee project budgets and coordinate with cost control to ensure financial accuracy and performance.
  • Document and communicate project status, risks, challenges, and resolutions to leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery.
  • Perform additional duties and assignments as required.

  • Comply with all company policies, including Codes of Conduct, operational frameworks, and departmental procedures.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Demonstrated experience developing and facilitating business processes to achieve project objectives.
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, or supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMI, PMP ) preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams; maintains a positive, solutions oriented attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management and leadership.
  • Consistent on site attendance and punctuality required.
  • Ability to handle concurrent tasks and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with email, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and project management tools (Microsoft Project preferred).
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write professional reports and correspondence.
  • Strong math and analytical capabilities, including ability to perform calculations involving percentages, interest, proportions, geometry, and algebra.
  • Effective problem solving skills with the ability to interpret written, verbal, diagrammatic, or schedule-based instructions.
  • Solid project management skills for organizing, tracking, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or Business Administration.
  • 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
