Job Title: Material Handler

Pay Range: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our production team in Greenwich, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and staging raw materials and finished goods to support shift operations. This position rotates across operational areas based on business needs and plays a key role in maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Follow all directions from Shift Leadership

Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and scheduled breaks

Maintain and secure work areas to ensure a safe environment

Prepare and stage raw materials in a clean, organized, and safe manner, including:

Paper
-
Boxes
-
Bags
-
Tape
-
Shrink wrap
-
Pallets
-
-
Communicate effectively with Material Handler 2 to obtain materials as needed

Transport finished goods to pallets
-
Stack products properly according to product type
-
Wrap stacked pallets and move them to designated areas using a pallet jack

Serve as a spotter for Material Handler 2
Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting

Dependable with reliable transportation

Flexible and available to work any shift

Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse work environment

Mechanical aptitude preferred
Working Conditions

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Regular standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, and bending

Frequent use of hands and arms for packing finished product

Standing for extended periods (up to 3 hours at a time)

Work in a non-climate controlled environment
