The position will perform functional testing of completed products. The position will be responsible for verifying conformance to all specified requirements. Duties include, but are not limited to, physical inspection and functional inspection of electrical components, the operation of NON - test bays/stations and associated equipment, and troubleshooting and/or repairing faulty components. Review order write-ups, operate components, ensure product quality, work with other areas to ensure product quality, and verify units to meet agency approvals. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Uses basic hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, wire strippers, torque tools, and crimping tools
- Uses multi-meters
- Uses hypot-tester, leak check equipment, computer, refrigeration manifold gauges
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Able to work in high voltage power station area
- Able read and understand drawings
- 1-3 years of experience in preferred
