ROLE
• The Process Lead role is part of the Tech Ops Warehouse & Distribution Capabilities team. It plays a key role in evaluating, improving, and modernizing operational processes across warehouse and distribution functions. This role focuses on analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting the implementation of process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze warehouse and distribution workflows to identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Map current state and future state processes using standardized process mapping tools.
• Collect, interpret, and report operational data (e.g., throughput, pick accuracy, cycle time, labor utilization) to support decision making.
• Support the development, documentation, and rollout of new or updated standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in planning and executing warehouse process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and digital transformation efforts.
• Partner with operations, inventory control, transportation, and IT teams to understand pain points and translate them into process or system requirements.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis sessions to resolve operational issues and prevent recurrence.
• Act as a subject matter resource for process standards, data insights, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Assist leadership by providing analysis and insights that help guide strategic operational decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline including Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations Research or other related
• 3 years job related experience

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
• Experience in airline: operations, supply chain, or analytics
• Master's degree in related field
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
• Proficiency with warehouse data tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related supply chain systems.
• Ability to create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Understanding of key warehouse metrics such as throughput, accuracy, cycle time, and labor utilization.

1. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
