WIP Staging Associate
Position Summary
The WIP (Work-In-Process) Staging Associate is responsible for staging, organizing, and moving materials between departments to ensure a smooth production flow. This role supports multiple production areas by ensuring work orders, materials, and components are accurately staged and readily available.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Stage and organize work-in-process materials according to production schedules

Move materials between departments using carts, pallets, or manual handling

Ensure accurate labeling and tracking of WIP inventory

Maintain clean and organized staging areas

Communicate with supervisors and production teams regarding material needs or shortages

Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Perform general housekeeping duties as needed

Assist other departments as production demands require
Requirements & Qualifications

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
-
Strong attention to detail and organization
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (not required)

Repetitive tasks and extended periods of standing

PPE required per Jostens safety standards

Overtime may be required during peak production periods

Must follow all Jostens safety and attendance policies
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
