Job Summary:
Responsible for performing physically demanding tasks that support the operations and efficiency of a team, project, or event. This role requires stamina, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure work is completed safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials, equipment, or supplies.

Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, moving, or assembling items.

Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.

Follow directions from supervisors or team leads accurately and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any hazards or issues.

Support team members with miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Occasionally operate basic machinery or tools under supervision (if applicable).
Qualifications:

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (typically 25–50 lbs or more).

Ability to work in various weather or environmental conditions (for outdoor jobs).

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

Basic teamwork and communication skills.

Previous experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, or similar work is a plus but not required.
