PCB Router Operator
Pay: $16.00
Shift: 2nd shift
Location: South Tucson
Requirements: Ability to use shearer, ring setter, microscope, calipers
- Follow process work instructions
- Prepares router for job
- Verify tools and materials with specifications on traveler and blueprint
- Enters proper parameters for job into machine
- Operate and monitor operation
- Perform special fabrication operations
- Perform measurements to assure dimensional requirements are met
- Operate score machine
- Complete first article report and/or AS9102 FAIR if required
- Update job in Prototrak, initial or sign and date traveler gate(s), and move job to next department
- Perform material prep process when required
- Notifies supervisor of machine or job problems
- Maintain clean work area
- Knowledge - Basic knowledge of fabrication practices and quality system requirements
- Direction - Works under close direction
- Complexity - Solves problems of minimal complexity within own department Scope - Errors in judgment would have a major impact on department
- Ability to read a traveler, program sheet and blueprints.
- Ability to fill out traveler and log
- Ability to complete job-associated paperwork clearly and effectively.
- Ability to use shearer, ring setter, microscope, calipers
- Basic PC literacy
- 1 year experience preferred, but not required
