Nesco Resource is looking for a Shipping/Stockroom Associate located in Brookfield, CT. This is a temporary position expected to last roughly two months. There is possibility of going perm, but not guaranteed.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM (Possibility of OT)
Pay: $18-$19/hour depending on experience.
Position Summary: Seeking a reliable Shipping/Stockroom Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping materials. The ideal candidate has manufacturing and/or shipping/receiving experience and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
- Keep the stockroom organized and clean
- Follow safety procedures and support general warehouse needs
- Manufacturing and/or shipping/receiving experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented with good time management
