Masking Technician
$18–$20/hr DOE
1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Friday
We're hiring a detail-oriented Masking Technician to prepare aerospace/precision parts for plating and finishing. This is a hands-on role focused on accuracy, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities

Mask, clean, and prep parts for processing

Apply tape/wax/paint to protect surfaces

Follow work orders and blueprints

Inspect and package finished parts

Complete basic documentation and maintain a clean workspace

Follow all safety procedures
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable team player

Manufacturing or masking experience preferred

Blueprint reading or bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
