Job Title: Delivery Driver

Shift: Monday - Friday (9:30 AM, Dispatch)
Pay: $20.00-$21.00/Hour, Based On Exp.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Load, transport, and deliver products to customers and businesses in a safe and timely manner.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy, completeness, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles as needed.
- Accept and manage payments for delivered items when required.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to questions, and professionally handle customer concerns or complaints.
- Plan and follow assigned routes while adhering to delivery schedules.
- Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a safe, clean driving record.
- Prepare delivery-related reports and required documentation.
- Operate vehicles and equipment safely, including trucks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
- Proven experience as a professional Driver.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record with no traffic violations.
- Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50).
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation tools.
- Knowledge of local roads, routes, and neighborhoods.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages and materials.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends or night shifts.
- Polite, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful driving conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Work involves constant sitting and operating a commercial vehicle.
- Frequent climbing in and out of the cab, trailer, and onto freight.
- Regular lifting, loading, and unloading of materials.
- Continuous exposure to outdoor weather conditions and other environmental elements.
