Warehouse Technician – 1st Shift
$18.00–$19.50/hour | Long-Term Temporary
We’re working with a well-established clean energy manufacturing company in the Capital Region to hire Warehouse Technicians to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Pay

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Occasional overtime may be required (early/late or Saturdays, with advance notice when possible)

Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour

Open-ended temporary assignment; long-term work anticipated

What You’ll Do
-
Prepare, receive, and ship materials and products
-
Load/unload trucks and label shipments accurately
-
Pick and fulfill orders for production teams

Track inventory using computer systems

Operate pallet jacks (manual and electric); forklift experience a plus

Maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For

Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
-
Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office basics)

Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet throughout the shift

Safety-focused and reliable
-
Steel-toe shoes required before Day 1
