Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday (overtime as required)

Position Overview
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC and other industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair CNC machines and industrial equipment
- Must be able to travel to Newbury location on occasion
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions
- Test equipment through operational cycles to verify proper performance
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Modify, adjust, and align mechanical and control system components
- Repair or replace faulty parts and re-test systems to ensure functionality
- Use precision measuring and testing equipment to evaluate system performance
- Perform incidental welding as part of maintenance and repair activities
- Detect defective materials or abnormal equipment conditions and report issues to supervision
- Maintain accurate communication regarding equipment status and repairs
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including CNC troubleshooting
- Experience with electrical wiring and controls
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
- Welding experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Must supply basic hand tools
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred
