Structural Assembler
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18–$24/hr (DOE)
Safety-Sensitive Position
We are seeking experienced aerospace assembly technicians to build and assemble structural aircraft components in a precision manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble structural aerospace components using drills, rivet guns, and hand tools
- Drill, ream, and countersink holes per blueprints
- Install fasteners including rivets and bolts
- Perform cold-working/swaging operations as required
- Read and interpret aerospace drawings and work instructions
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Maintain quality documentation and production accountability
- Follow all safety and process standards
Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace structural assembly or similar precision manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Preferred:
- Prior swaging or cold-working experience
- Experience in regulated aerospace manufacturing environments
