Structural Assembler

Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18–$24/hr (DOE)
Safety-Sensitive Position

We are seeking experienced aerospace assembly technicians to build and assemble structural aircraft components in a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble structural aerospace components using drills, rivet guns, and hand tools
• Drill, ream, and countersink holes per blueprints
• Install fasteners including rivets and bolts
• Perform cold-working/swaging operations as required
• Read and interpret aerospace drawings and work instructions
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Maintain quality documentation and production accountability
• Follow all safety and process standards

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace structural assembly or similar precision manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred:

• Prior swaging or cold-working experience
• Experience in regulated aerospace manufacturing environments
