TIG Welder
Pay: Up to $25/hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience welding a variety of materials with a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship and can effectively interpret blueprints and specifications while maintaining efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform weld preparation, TIG welding, and weld finishing operations

Manufacture parts according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions

Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Meet daily production schedules
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience

Experience welding Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Inconel (required)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and hand/eye coordination

Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Preferred (Not Required)

AWS welding certification or similar certifications

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
