What You’ll Do
- Precision Welding: Use advanced laser equipment and microscopes to join small metal components (wires, clasps) for devices like palate expanders.
- Quality Finishing: Polish and finish appliances to ensure a perfect fit for patients.
- Material Care: Work with high-grade dental alloys like stainless steel and titanium.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with fellow technicians to meet daily goals (approx. 20–60 points) and maintain a safe workspace.

- Sharp Focus: Ability to work with tiny parts under magnification for extended periods.
- Steady Hands: High level of accuracy and hand-eye coordination.
- Detail Driven: Skill in reading job orders and identifying small defects.
- Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Attendance: Consistent daily attendance and punctuality are crucial to our team’s success.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing or medical/dental production is a plus!
