NESCO is partnering with a Plug Power, a leading clean energy manufacturing company in the Capital Region to hire Production Technicians for a growing production team. Schedule & Pay

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Occasional overtime may be required (early/late or Saturdays, with advance notice when possible)

Pay: $18.00–$19.75 hour

Open-ended temporary assignment
What You’ll Do
-
Assemble electro-mechanical components using hand and power tools
-
Follow digital SOPs and basic work instructions
-
Perform simple troubleshooting and quality checks

Maintain a clean, safe work area

Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
What We’re Looking For

Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools

Ability to read and write in English (basic written exercise required)

Comfortable using a computer for instructions and documentation
-
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
-
Steel-toe shoes required (must be provided before Day 1)
