Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
The Mezzanine/Order Picker role is a fast-paced,, physically demanding position focused on picking electronic components.
- Order Picking: Utilizing handheld scanners to select, scan, and pick customer orders from shelves, often located in the mezzanine or high-density storage areas.
- Product Handling: Picking and packing,, and sometimes cutting wire or handling small electronic parts.
- Inventory Control: Updating inventory counts and ensuring accuracy of picked items.
- Physical Demands: Frequent walking, standing for long periods, and lifting, with some roles requiring the ability to handle heavy products.
- Equipment Operation: Potential use of forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers for material movement.
- Environment: The warehouse is described as generally climate-controlled, but the work is fast-paced and can be stressful until all orders for the day are complete
