We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Avon, OH . This role supports daily warehouse and shipping operations, including receiving, inspecting, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment and work closely with team members to ensure customer and company standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Receives all materials into the ERP system and performs necessary material transactions, including unloading trucks, verifying the accuracy of incoming shipments, and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Performs cycle counts and inspects products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping. Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Label, weigh, and prepare shipments for courier pickup. Ensure outgoing shipments are accurately documented.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently while transporting materials to various departments.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, receiving, scrapping, and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Ensure that all products are stored in the appropriate locations.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- One to three years of warehouse or shipping experience
- Understanding of and the ability to abide by OSHA and environmental regulations. Work Environment
- Read and comprehend simple verbal and written instructions and can work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Basic computer skills and shipping software.
- Math skills for inventory and shipping calculations.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening
