Shipping Associate
Location: Painesville/Concord Area
Shift: 1st shift - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM- M- F
Pay range: $17-$18/hour
Contract to Hire Opportunity!
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our logistics team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our products are shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Prepare, package, and ship orders accurately and in compliance with company standards

Generate shipping labels, track shipments, and maintain shipping records

Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and minimize errors

Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to prioritize orders and resolve issues
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic proficiency with shipping software and inventory systems

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar shipping platforms

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and barcode scanning
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Able to pass pre-employment screenings
