Job Description
This position is responsible for reviewing applications for various public assistance programs and determining applicant and recipient eligibility. The role involves conducting interactive interviews, gathering and verifying information, and ensuring all application forms are completed accurately. Specialists may be required to follow up with applicants multiple times to obtain necessary documentation or clarify information.
