Hours: 1st shift 6 AM to 3 PM | Monday–Saturday

We're seeking a hands-on Foreman to lead our production team during the afternoon shift. This role is ideal for an experienced machine operator ready to move into a leadership position while still supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support machine operators; assign tasks and ensure production goals are met
- Train new team members on setup, tooling, safety, and quality standards
- Oversee machine setup, adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
- Ensure high-quality production through regular QC checks
- Coordinate movement of finished parts to QC and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Must have previous supervisor experinece
- Experience with milling, drilling, or tapping machines
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for entire shift
- Own basic tools and pass pre-employment screening
