Pre-Finisher
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
$20 per hour
We’re hiring a Pre-Finisher to support custom projects for a growing building materials distributor. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has great attention to detail, and understands how quality prep work drives a great finished product.
What You’ll Do

Disassemble windows and doors to prepare surfaces for painting or staining

Mask, tape, and protect components to ensure clean, accurate finishes

Reassemble products after finishing and inspect for quality, accuracy, and damage

Re-package products for shipping or delivery to customers. Stage products for warehouse team.

Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling
What We’re Looking For

Basic understanding of construction, assembly, or building materials

Ability to read work orders, instructions, and product documentation

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a physically active environment
