Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with customers about product details, availability, and shipping information.
- Assist in resolving back orders and maintaining inventory control.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Update and manage customer data in our database.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Support collection activities for overdue accounts.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with J-Sox regulations and international accounting practices.
What They Offer:
The work environment is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable setting for you to excel. While the office is generally quiet, expect a moderate noise level at times. Physical requirements include occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds and frequent use of a computer screen.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A high school diploma or GED, with 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
