Skills/Qualifications:
- Able to read and understand basic measurements
- Able to read and understand wiring schematics
- Know the basic function of PLC's, Inverters and Drives
- Know difference between 480v / 120v / 24v AC power
- Know difference between AC power & DC power
- Positively identify colors of wire and size per AWG
- Good trouble shooting skills and equipment repair/maintenance skills
- Electrical background skills in electronics
- Strong attention to detail
- This position requires knowledge and ability in the field of electrician with an emphasis on PLC boards, drives and motor controllers, ladder logic and industrial grade electronics.
- Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings in order to assemble quality products
- Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic systems, circuits and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth work operations
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
- Verify specifications by measuring & inspecting completed component
- Resolve electrical problems by addressing issues to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources as necessary
- Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting malfunctions
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Document project builds &/or repairs by completing production and/or quality forms as applicable
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other duties as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work area

Monday thru Thursday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm with lunch from 12:00 pm-12:30 pm and two 10-minute breaks at 9:40 am & 2:40 pm, and Friday 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
