Overview
We are seeking a reliable Grinding Operator to support part feeding operations in our production area. This is an entry-level role, and no prior experience is required, though candidates with a manufacturing background are preferred. The role offers growth opportunities within the department and across other areas of the company.
Responsibilities

Feed parts into grinding machines according to production needs

Monitor machines and parts to ensure proper operation

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

Support team members as needed to meet production goals
Qualifications

Entry-level role; prior manufacturing or production experience preferred

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

Able to pass background check and drug screening
Position Details

Rate: $17/hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10-hour days, 5:30 am – 4:00 pm

Type: Temporary, with potential to convert to full-time
