Overview
We are seeking a reliable Temporary Office Manager to support daily administrative and office operations while covering a short-term leave. This role will begin in early March and is expected to last approximately 4–5 months. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional office setting.
Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow

Provide administrative support to leadership and team members

Manage calendars, scheduling, and general correspondence

Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and office needs

Assist with document preparation, filing, and recordkeeping

Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external partners

Support special projects as assigned
Qualifications

Previous experience in an office manager or administrative role preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficient in basic office software (email, word processing, spreadsheets)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
