Position: Resin Technician
Shift: 1st Shift Resin
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
Our Client is hiring a Resin Technician to support resin casting and fabrication operations. This role involves operating production equipment, performing mold pours, assembling resin components, and supporting quality and maintenance efforts in a manufacturing environment that works with hot materials and chemicals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate production machinery to cast resin liners, countertops, sinks, and related components.
Perform mold pouring processes according to job specifications
Complete assembly and fabrication of resin tops, including glue-up and sink fabrication
Inspect finished products and perform rework as needed to meet quality standards
Read and interpret job specifications and blueprints to determine material requirements and machine adjustments
Operate additional production and support equipment as needed
Perform minor maintenance and upkeep on molds and related equipment
Safely operate forklifts and cranes after passing required written and hands-on certifications
Complete ERP system transactions including material tracking and uploading manifests
Work Environment
