Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable Assembly Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity to assist with assembling and inspecting products on the manufacturing floor. This hands-on role supports daily production while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Assemble parts and products by following work instructions

Use basic hand tools and equipment safely

Check finished products for quality and accuracy

Keep the work area clean and organized

Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality

Report any issues to a supervisor

Follow safety rules and company procedures
Qualifications

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Basic knowledge of hand tools preferred

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Full-time, Monday through Friday

Overtime or weekends may be required as needed
