Description
We have an immediate opportunity for the right candidate to join our Civil Engineering practice in Northwest Arkansas. We are looking for a leader who excels at the intersection of technical design and project ownership. The successful candidate must have previous experience in the design of site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects, and must be able to plan, develop, and lead direct engineering projects varying in size and complexity. This candidate will be a key representative of the firm, dedicated to earning client confidence through engineering solutions that are as elegant and practical as they are timely.
Responsibilities and Skills
- Own the project lifecycle for project budgets, schedules, and keeping the work profitable and on track.
- Lead and inspire while working within a collaborative team environment. You'll work closely with a great team, helping mentor our EITs and designers. We're looking for someone who enjoys sharing what they know and helping others.
- Lead the QC process. Leverage your deep understanding of U.S. and local design codes to ensure seamless permitting and constructability.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our civil practice. This role offers significant growth potential for a leader who is motivated to build client relationships and contribute to the firm's long-term success.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas
- Experience: 7 years or relevant experience with a specific focus in site development and land development
- Experience or knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
