Job Title: Digital Press Operator (Web & Sheet)

Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator for a fast-paced print production facility in the Rochester area. This role is ideal for candidates with web and cut-sheet digital press experience who enjoy a dynamic environment and are eager to grow within the printing industry. Multitasking, attention to detail, and technical knowledge are essential.
Shift:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon. - Fri.
Pay Rate:
- $25.00/Hour ( ) - (Based On Exp.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain digital press equipment (web and cut sheet)
- Create and adjust impositions as needed for each job
- Perform daily maintenance and follow production schedules
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Identify and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 3–5 years of experience in the printing industry preferred
- Solid understanding of digital press operations, layout, bleed, trim, and file prep
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and imposing software
- Knowledge of finishing equipment and paper types is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and production procedures
- Strong mechanical skills and manual dexterity
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet in a production environment
