Manufacturing facility in Duncan is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for their 2nd shift team!
Job Description:
- Fulfillment of production plan
- Produce parts according to quality standard
- Coordinate and audit work activities
- Understand and enforce company policies
- Initiate action to prevent any non-conformities
- Effectively communicates with all members of the team
- Ensure employees are participating and involved
- Ensure employees are properly trained
- Ensure safety
- Administer employee reviews, disipline, promotions etc
- Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer skills
Required:
- 3 years experience in manufacturing
- 3 years experience in employee management
- 3 years as a Production Supervisor
Pay:
$65,000-$70,000
