Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Advisor/Specialist will join a collaborative, high-energy recruiting team focused on attracting top talent to support Hubbell's business goals. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Success in this role requires strong full-cycle recruiting expertise, proactive sourcing capabilities, and a data-driven approach to continuously improving recruiting outcomes. This position is based onsite at Hubbell's Westport Plaza office in Maryland Heights, MO.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Advisory & Strategy

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on recruiting, selection, and hiring best practices.

  • Design and refine sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

  • Partner with business leaders to promote and champion Talent Acquisition best practices.

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Source, screen, and qualify diverse candidates for professional roles, including:

    • Engineering

    • Accounting & Finance

    • Sales

    • Information Technology

    • Operations

  • Manage and prioritize 15–20 requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers within established service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Facilitate interview feedback discussions and determine next steps with hiring teams.

  • Extend and manage employment offers.

Collaboration & Operations

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners to support a smooth hiring and onboarding process.

  • Leverage recruiting metrics and data to adapt strategies and improve results.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate and/or agency); manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Proven ability to recruit in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, including:

    • LinkedIn Recruiter

    • Boolean search techniques

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust recruiting strategies based on insights.

  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating within a close-knit team environment.
