Forklift Driver/Material Handler
We are hiring an experienced Material Handler with strong heavy-capacity forklift experience to support loading, unloading, and yard operations in an industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone comfortable operating large forklifts (30,000 lb capacity) and supporting daily shipping, receiving, and yard organization.
What You’ll Do
- Operate heavy-capacity forklifts (30K lbs) to safely load and unload trucks
- Complete routine forklift inspections and safety checks
- Verify paperwork and shipping documentation for accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized yard and work area
- Perform light manual labor as needed (pressure washing, general cleanup)
- Assist other departments and support facility operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of heavy forklift experience (30K capacity required)
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks as needed
- Experience checking bills of lading or shipping paperwork preferred
- Knowledge of pipe schedules or general industrial maintenance is a plus
Schedule & Pay
- 40–50 hours per week Monday - Thursday 6a-3:30p (Overtime Fridays as needed)
- $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
