Maintenance Technician

$25–$30/hr (DOE)
An established industrial manufacturing facility in Tulsa is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility operations. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair work in a heavy manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipment including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
- Fabricate parts and components using machine tools as needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Support parts ordering and inventory management
- Maintain technical records including schematics, drawings, and photos
- Repair and replace piping, fittings, pumps, and compressors
- Perform facility maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, and painting
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Communicate equipment issues that may impact production or quality
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and operations teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of industrial maintenance experience (heavy manufacturing preferred)
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills including 480V systems
- Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair experience
- Preventative maintenance and work order system experience
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Welding equipment and overhead crane experience
- Plumbing and general mechanical repair capability
- CNC machine experience strongly preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain (company provided)
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
