Immediate opening for 2nd shift
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Overtime: Required 8-hour shift on Fridays
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned assembly tasks under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
- Operate a range of equipment such as conformal coating systems, singulation machines, and begin training on wave solder machinery.
- Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using a variety of hand tools and hardware.
- Identify and address defects in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards (all classes).
- Maintain a high standard of quality while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Follow all company policies and expectations outlined in the General Requirements for Team Members.
What You Bring:
- Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience using basic tools and testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Comfortable handling small, intricate parts and performing repetitive tasks.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions and documentation.
- Problem-solving skills to handle tasks involving multiple variables and minimal standardization.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
