Fabrication Technician

We’re looking for a motivated, dependable Fabrication Technician to support our production process before welding. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Fabrication Shop Lead to prepare high-quality metal components and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, shears, saws, punch presses, and drill presses

Cut, form, bend, and prepare materials according to shop drawings

Label products and ensure accuracy with job travelers

Perform quality checks and report issues as needed

Operate a forklift safely

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Complete required production paperwork and data entry

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years of fabrication, manufacturing, or related experience preferred

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Forklift experience a plus

Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP systems

Ability to read shop drawings and measurements (tape measure, basic math)

Strong communication skills in English

Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Physical & Work Environment

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally)

Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise and machinery

Overtime may be required as needed
