Nesco Resource is hiring for a Front Office Assistant/ Receptionist in Gray Court SC

The Front Office Assistant supports daily administrative and receptionist duties. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers and plays a key part in maintaining smooth front office operations.
Position Summary:
 

  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and guests in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist with scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination as needed
  • Support HR, accounting, or operations with clerical tasks when requested
  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements
  • Order and maintain office supplies
Qualifications:
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Payrate:
$18.50/hr
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8am – 5pm
