Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

This hands-on role involves maintaining and repairing equipment, pumps, motors, and assisting with pipe and electrical installations. Pay Rate:
- $22.00 – $30.00/hour, based on experience
Shift:
- Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime available as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair a wide range of equipment, machinery, and systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot production machine issues
- Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeter)
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Collaborate on facility improvement projects
- Operate mobile equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, cranes)
- Implement creative temporary solutions when OEM parts are delayed
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills in manufacturing environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Safety-minded and adaptable to changing priorities
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
