Overview
We are seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude who enjoys solving problems, keeping facilities in top shape, and working in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform minor mechanical and electrical repairs across the facility.

Handle general upkeep tasks such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and basic troubleshooting.

Assist with routine facility cleaning and organization to ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

Support preventative maintenance activities on equipment and building systems.

Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment (if certified).
Requirements

Previous maintenance experience, ideally in an apartment complex or industrial facility.

Basic mechanical and electrical skills.

Ability to perform light repairs, cleaning, and maintenance tasks independently.

Forklift experience or certification strongly preferred.

Strong attention to detail, safety-focused mindset, and dependable work ethic.
