Pay Range: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience using Power BI to support data accuracy, reporting, and visualization efforts. This role is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems while assisting with reporting and dashboard creation to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data

Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI

Assist with data cleaning, modeling, and validation for reporting

Generate routine and ad hoc reports for management

Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner

Maintain documentation for data processes and reporting standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity

Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards
Qualifications

Proven experience in data entry or administrative data support

Hands-on experience with Power BI (reports, dashboards, data refreshes)

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage high-volume data in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills
