Warehouse Associate – Picking, Shipping & Receiving

Primary Department: Picking, Shipping, Receiving

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily distribution center operations to ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

  • Support daily warehouse functions including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping

  • Transport, store, and stage products throughout the warehouse

  • Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment (training provided as needed)

  • Pull, prepare, and complete shipping orders using RF scanners, paperwork, and packaging materials

  • Build shipping boxes based on product size, weight, and contents

  • Create shipping labels using multiple carriers by accurately entering shipment details; potential exposure to international waybills

  • Utilize warehouse computer systems to consolidate orders, complete commercial invoices, and process shipments

  • Perform data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and maintain accurate inventory counts

  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials independently or as part of a team

  • Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, floor lifts, and basic tools

  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns through proper channels

  • Participate in cross-training to support department-wide productivity and quality goals

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following all safety procedures and 5S standards

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred, but not required

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend frequently, and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when required

  • Comfortable operating powered equipment such as forklifts (training provided)

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English

  • Comfortable working under productivity and quality standards

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to perform basic computer functions, including data entry and interpreting information on warehouse systems (terminals, tablets, scanners)

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills

  • Forklift, stock picker, or manual pallet jack experience is a plus
