Summary
Join our team as a dedicated professional committed to ensuring the highest quality standards in our products. You will play a crucial role in our quality assurance process, working with precision measuring tools to guarantee that our offerings meet both internal and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately perform first piece and in-process inspections.
- Conduct thorough incoming inspections of raw materials and purchased goods.
- Visually assess products and materials to ensure they meet defined specifications.
- Document inspection results following company protocols.
- Follow cleanroom protocols, including gowning and particle testing.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skilled with precision measuring equipment like calipers and micrometers.
- Experience in maintaining inspection logs and quality documentation.
- Basic understanding of calibration processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Previous experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and word processing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Eagerness to learn inspection procedures and equipment.
- Must be proficient in English.
