- Experience with cold header machines or similar metal forming equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Inspect parts using gauges and measuring instruments for quality
- Set up and operate headers/bolt makers to produce precision parts
