Location: Mentor, OH
Pay: $20–$24/hour (based on experience) $1-$2 shift premium
Shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM | Monday–Saturday

Job Duties:

• Set up machines and install tooling according to setup sheets

• Adjust machines to ensure production of high-quality parts

• Load machines and monitor output

• Deburr and clean parts (tumble finishing)

• Perform regular quality checks with QC

• Maintain machines and perform minor repairs

• Transport finished skids to QC

Requirements:

• Proven experience with milling, drilling, or tapping machines

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, thread gages, comparators, and other precision measuring tools

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift

• Must have your own basic tools

• Willingness to complete pre-employment screening
