Pay Rate: $23–$29 per hour, based on experience
About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Locksmith/Hardware Installer with strong knowledge of commercial locks, commercial door hardware, and related security systems. This role includes in-shop duties as well as occasional field service work, providing support to commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities

Tear out, install, and repair commercial doors, frames, locks, and hardware

Pre-install commercial door hardware in the shop prior to delivery

Install, repair, rekey, and adjust commercial locks and security hardware

Troubleshoot and service door closers, panic bars, hinges, and access hardware

Perform field service work for commercial customers as needed

Read and follow work instructions, drawings, templates, and specifications

Safely use hand tools, drills, and power tools (screw guns, etc.)

Maintain organization of tools, truck, and warehouse

Complete light paperwork, documentation, and work orders

Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Lift, move, and handle materials as required
- Experience working with commercial locks and commercial door hardware
- Knowledge of common lock types, key systems, and security hardware
- Ability to perform field service work when needed
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
