Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to meet exact specifications
- Select and install appropriate tooling, dies, and materials for each job
- Perform machine setup, including alignment and calibration for accurate production
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Monitor machine performance and complete routine maintenance checks
- Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
What You Bring
- 2 years of press brake or metal fabrication experience
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Experience with precision measuring tools and quality inspection
- Solid understanding of fabrication processes and machine operation
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or process issues
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Machine operation certification (a plus)
