Packaging Machine Operator
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating | Day Shift: 7:00am–7:00pm
$22.71 per hour
Join a team that helps produce high-quality additives for livestock and pet feed. In this role, you'll operate packaging machines, support warehouse activities, and spend time outdoors—sometimes 2 hours at a stretch. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working in a fast-paced production environment, this is a great fit.
What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license (required)

Comfort working outside for extended periods (2 hours at a time)

Forklift experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person

Ability to follow safety procedures and learn equipment operation

Attention to detail when recording counts, labeling, and handling product
What You'll Do
Operate Packaging Equipment

Run automated packaging machines for totes and 25kg bags

Adjust bags, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot basic issues

Pull finished product off the line and keep counts accurate on production sheets
Warehouse Support

Move and place pallets in the warehouse

Assist with forklift tasks if certified or trained

Identify damaged product and follow proper procedures for restacking, reprocessing, or disposing
General Sanitation

Clean up product spills

Sweep and maintain warehouse aisles

Keep equipment, railings, bumpers, and shelves clean and free of debris
Safety & Quality

Participate in training for feed safety, product quality, and environmental/health programs

Support miscellaneous warehouse projects as needed
