Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to support instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems within a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable operations, product quality, and plant safety through technical expertise, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot process instrumentation including flow meters, temperature transmitters, weigh scales, level sensors, RTDs, pressure and conductivity transmitters.

Support both software and hardware aspects of electrical and electronic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work with PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), servo systems, and industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, and DeviceNet.

Research and evaluate new technologies, equipment, and processes to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and plant safety.

Troubleshoot and assist maintenance personnel with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic control systems while ensuring safe operation.

Test systems, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Implement design changes and perform maintenance activities in support of quality and compliance systems.

Perform programming modifications and instrumentation calibration as required.

Design, specify, and select electrical hardware systems.

Respond to work orders and service calls in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.

Create and maintain electrical drawings and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety policies, machinery standards, and regulatory requirements.
