Maintenance Technician Manufacturing
Location: Coxsackie, NY
Pay Rate: $18.85 $28.16/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Must be open to a rotating weekend schedule

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and facility systems. You'll play a key role in preventing downtime, ensuring safe operations, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and machinery issues

Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams

Perform preventative maintenance tasks and support improvement projects

Respond to urgent repair needs promptly and efficiently

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist with part ordering

Keep work areas clean and organized in compliance with 6S and safety standards

Assist with general facility and grounds maintenance when needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

5 years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience preferred

OR a technical A.A.S. degree in a related field

Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and industrial equipment

Ability to follow detailed instructions, stay organized, and work independently

Must be comfortable working around noise, dust, and moving machinery

A strong commitment to workplace safety
